Midwest Horse Fair
This year’s 2008 Midwest Horse Fair® will be held on April 18, 19 & 20 at the Alliant Energy Center, in Madison, Wisconsin.
Show Hours are listed below:
8 am - 10 pm Friday & Saturday
8 am - 5 pm Sunday
Tickets $10/day in advance; $12 at the gate
Children 7 & under free
Through special events like the Midwest Horse Fair, children, adults, and families alike can experience one of the largest assemblies of livestock, animal breeds, and farm-related items for sale in the area. Go to Midwest Horse Fair website for more details.

SWAHA and its members proudly support the annual Midwest Horse Fair.
PRE-FAIR PRACTICE
On Sunday, March 30 at 1:00 PM, a practice session will be held at Sundown Stables in Union Grove at the corner of Hwy 45 and 20 (Reynor Rd). Contact Tracey Baker if you plan to attend. Refer to the Officers\Directors page for contact information.
ATTENTION: SWAHA MEMBERS
Those SWAHA Members planning to participate in this year’s MHF should contact Tracey Baker no later than 04/01/2008. For contact information, see the Officers\Directors page.
This year we will be located in Barn 2 on an outside row. Plan to arrive no earlier than 8 am using the Olin Ave gate and make don’t forget to bring an up-to-date Cogins tests for each horse. Sign in at Barn 2 and pickup your wristbands (sorry only two per horse.) Also, you may need to show a photo ID so bring one just in case.
Practice time in the Coliseum is Thursday 11:00am so get to the grounds early and settle the horses. After the practice we will work on decorations,

Shavings can be preordered prior to the fair at a discounted price of $5.50 per bag (a $1.10 savings) Contact Tracey Baker no later than April 1st if you will be purchasing shavings. All checks should be mailed to Tracey Baker, but written to Midwest Horse Fair.
